There are 6 clubs in the league including ourselves. Each club takes it in turn to host a shoot which is held the 2nd Sunday of every month. We shoot a summer and winter league.

Each club brings a team of shooters to shoot a 50 bird layout and the highest gun gets a bottle of whisky.  High lady gets a bottle of wine and high colt gets a free entry into the next shoot. 

It costs £10 per entry.  £5 for a colt (under 18)

After you shoot you can join in the presentations down at the local pub.

After shooting 6 leagues we have a final. The scores  from each club are entered into the spread sheet and then your score  goes towards the trophy shoot. 

You need to shoot 1 shoot per season (in summer or winter)  to qualify  to shoot the final. Your top 3 scores are used towards the handicap trophy. 

You can also win high gun for your team as well  as overall. There are also ladies and colts trophy’s.

All the locations are in the diary on our website. On the diary entry click or press the day, details of the event will appear.  Click see more details and you will see the diary entry.  Under Where, click map and google maps will open with the location of the event.

You can also contact any member of the committee and many other members  and  they will give you information and directions to the shoots.

July will be Kingswood league so come along  and  see what goes on.
