I know the picture has threatening skies, but I can promise you the weather was warm and dry with a light breeze to change the direction of the occasional clay. The ground was dry and hard, may summer last forever. The only negative of the day was Station road was closed by HS2 forcing a slight detour to the shooting ground. There was a good attendance of 38 (scorecards handed in), with three guests hopefully joining us for a regular shoot.
