Despite the early morning rain and gales, the clay target shoot went ahead. The clays were decidedly frisky, with many making off in a random direction as the trigger was pulled. Despite the wind and cool weather, Mark still managed to shoot in his T shirt. It was a good decision to proceed with the shoot, the sun did come out. We must thank Brain and his team who set up the shoot. They did this in the cold driving horizontal rain, ready for us as the sun came out.

On non-shoot days, many of us shoot at other grounds. There is a WhatsApp group, administered by Adrian the chairman. On this group we discuss where we might shoot so we can form a group to go around together. If you would like to join the group, please contact Adrian.
